The following methods are supported for depositing money into cricks: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

• Deposit transactions are generally processed instantly.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.
• cricks does not charge any deposit processing fee, however your payment provider may charge a fee.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum amount for withdrawing funds from a cricks account is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). After a withdrawal request is approved, processing is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawal requests may only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
• All bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• cricks may delay or suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the cricks platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is offered on the first deposit at cricks, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳22,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies and the total will be ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (25x) before withdrawal. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before making a withdrawal.

• A specific time limit applies for meeting wagering requirements.
• Some games may be partially or fully excluded from wagering calculations.
• The maximum bet amount may be limited when betting with bonus funds.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Claiming the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts is prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cricks platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Providing account login details to another person or using a third party's account.
• Creating an account under a false identity to claim bonus benefits.
• Hacking the platform's software, exploiting any bugs, or gaining artificial advantages.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Conducting betting activities using automated bots or scripts.
• Misusing cricks trademarks or brand identity.

8.1 Account Closure by cricks

cricks may temporarily or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If failure to verify identity or evidence of providing false information is found.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• To comply with court or government directives.
• In the case of a long-term inactive account.

8.2 Account Closure by the User
